Custom Profiles provide a great way to help manage your store opening process and ensure the correct corporate team members are assigned to assist a store/location through their opening.
These profiles can be created in admin > opener > custom profiles.
The users listed for each of the custom profiles cannot be modified manually. Instead, they are dynamically populated by the system based on active Corporate users and Regional users linked to the store's assigned area or region.
