Uploading a document in the Opener may be necessary to share important documents for specific tasks. In some cases, you might find it necessary to change the document that you previously uploaded, as the previous document might either be the wrong document, or an outdated document.
You can add and update the existing document with a new document by doing the following:
In Admin > Opener, choose the desired checklist and task that you want to add a document to
Note: You can only add documents to each task, not to an entire checklist.
Next to the task you have chosen, select the action wheel to find Modify and select the choose file button to upload the document. Click Save when done.
Note: You can choose to apply this to all future location, all open and future locations, or a specific location.
When opening up the task, you will see the attachment that has been uploaded.
If you need to modify this document, please repeat steps 1 and 2. When you click on the Choose File option and upload another file, it will then update to the new file in the task.
Note: If you only want to change the document in the location itself, you can modify the task within the task of the location and follow the same steps as above.
