In the FranConnect mobile app, Categories and Subcategories provide a framework for managing and accessing documents within The Hub. Categories help group documents by broad topics, while Subcategories allow for further specificity within each main category, making it easy to find relevant content. This structure ensures quick, organized access to essential documents anytime, anywhere.

Navigating through Categories and Subcategories

To navigate to The Hub's Categories and Subcategories, first log into the FranConnect mobile app. Tap the menu button on the top left-hand side of the screen and then tap The Hub on the drop-down menu.

Tap Library BETA on the next menu.

You will be taken to the following page:

Highlighted at the top of the above screenshot are the Category icons. You can either tap one of these or tap the View All menu to find the specific Category for which you are searching. Once you have chosen a Category, the Subcategories can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

All of this content will be read-only on the app.
