This new functionality empowers franchisees to engage directly with customers through text messages in a seamless, integrated manner. Whether you're on the go or at the office, you can now manage customer interactions directly from your smartphone. This guide will walk you through how to activate and use the Conversational SMS feature, so you can start enhancing your customer communications immediately.

Using the SMS Conversational Interface

To send SMS messages to prospective leads, first log into your FranConnect Mobile App. If you are not sure how to do so, please click here. Once logged in, tap the menu button on the top left-hand side of the page.

Tap Sales on the menu that pops up.

From the Sales menu, tap Lead Management.

On the following page, find the lead you wish to contact and tap the text icon next to their name.

You will be taken to the following interface. It will likely look familiar to you.

You can use this app the same way you would use the SMS app on your Android or iOS device.
