As of June 15, 2023, FranConnect will be adding the ability to view your unit information including custom tabs in Info Manager from the FranConnect mobile app. In this article, we will show you how to add custom tabs for your franchisees in Info Manager as well as showing you where these can be viewed on the app.
Viewing Unit Information in the FranConnect Mobile App
To view your unit information in the FranConnect mobile app, first log into the app on your Apple or Android device.
In our example, we are using an Android device, but the instructions will be identical on both versions.
Once you are logged in, click the left-hand sidebar and then click Information Manager.
On the ensuing menu, click Franchisees.
On the following page, choose a franchise to view the unit information.
If you scroll through the top menu, you will see that your custom fields are now displayed on the mobile app in addition to the standard fields.
