As traditional username and password login credentials are fading away in the click and swipe world of mobile access, Touch ID feature has made its mark in electronic devices. In support of these changes, FranConnect’s Sky Mobile App includes this feature along with the traditional username and password login settings.
This guide will cover how to utilize and take advantage of this feature right at your fingertip.

You start of by downloading the FranConnect Sky app either from Play store (Android users) or from App store (iOS users).

1. Click on the FC Sky APP Shortcut, enter the login credentials.

   

    

   

2. Go to Settings:

   

3. From the Touch ID, Click the arrow to Enable Touch ID and move the radio button forward and click.

   

4. Log out and from the login screen click on Touch ID Login.

   

5. In Android, or in iPhone confirm the fingerprint.

   

6. Fingerprint is recognized and you are allowed to navigate to the mobile version of the Franchise system.
