How to Enable SSO Navigation Links in the Mobile App

1 min read

The mobile app can provide access to external tools and resources through SSO links. This lets users open the systems they need directly from the app, without searching for a separate link or switching to the web version. Enabled links appear together in More Links for easy access.

SSO tabs are not enabled for mobile automatically. Each tab must be enabled separately, even if it is already available on the web. Enable for App Users is available only on web. Enabling or disabling a tab for mobile does not affect its web settings or behavior.

Enable an SSO Tab for App Users

Steps:

  1. Go to Admin › Configuration › Configure Single Sign On.
  2. On the TABS list, locate the SSO tab you want to enable for mobile.
  3. Click the gear icon in the Action column and Select Enable for App Users

Once enabled, the Action menu for that tab shows Disable for App Users instead, and the App Enabled column on the TABS list reflects the tab's current mobile status.

Disable an SSO Tab for App Users

Steps:

  1. Click the gear icon in the Action column for the tab that is currently app-enabled.
  2. Select Disable for App Users from the menu.

Note

Disabling a tab for app users removes it from the FC Sky mobile navigation only. The tab remains unchanged on the web experience.

Users tap any tile to open that SSO destination directly from the mobile app, without leaving FC Sky or relying on an external link.
