Accessing Unit Summary on the FranConnect Mobile App
To access Unit Summary on your mobile app, first log into your FranConnect mobile environment. On the left-hand sidebar, tap Units.
You will be taken to the following page:
FranConnect provides several methods of parsing this data. First, you can select just your corporate or franchise locations by clicking the ALL UNITS drop-down at the top of the page.
Next, you can filter by the opening status of the unit using the ALL drop-down menu.
You can also use the filter and search buttons on the top-right portion of the page to narrow down your results even further.
Finally, you can use the info button on the right-hand side of the unit to get a smaller unit summary for a quick glance.
Viewing Individual Units on the FranConnect Mobile App
To access an individual unit from the app, simply tap its name.
From here, you can view all of your tabs (including custom tabs) by clicking the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Additionally, the top-right menu allows you to perform several simple tasks such as sending mail, logging a task or call, or adding a remark to the unit.
