This article provides upcoming change to the World Manager - SEEK integration that will affect posting jobs to SEEK and candidates applying for jobs through SEEK. Effective March 30, 2026 Seek will end support for their current Apply integration followed by support for their Job Posting integration on January 1st, 2027.
Following SEEK’s changes and after a careful review of integration usage, we have decided to retire the SEEK integration at SEEK’s end of support dates and invest in strengthening FranConnect World Manager in other areas.

Now → 30 March 2026
Job Posting and Apply with SEEK continues operating normally.
31 March 2026
SEEK retires Apply with SEEK (v1).
FranConnect will disable Apply with SEEK on this date.
1 April 2026 → 31 December 2026
Transitional period where Job Posting continues to function until SEEK’s end-of-support date and Applicants will be linked out automatically to your careers page
1 January 2027
Job Posting from World Manager to SEEK is discontinued. Any questions on licensing your Seek account should be directed to Seek.
🔍 Detailed Breakdown of Each Change
1. Apply with SEEK – Ending March 30, 2026
What changes on 31 March 2026?
- The Apply with SEEK button will no longer appear on SEEK job ads posted through World Manager.
- Candidates can still begin their application on SEEK and log in with their SEEK account.
- After this step, SEEK will redirect candidates to your FranConnect Careers Site, where they can:
- Log in or
- Create a Careers account
- All applications will continue to flow into your FranConnect Recruitment module just as they do today.

- Support for all other job boards
2. Job Posting to SEEK – Ending January 1, 2027
Until 31 December 2026
Customers can continue posting job ads to SEEK directly from World Manager with no changes.
From 1 January 2027
SEEK will discontinue support for the Job Posting API for platforms that do not rebuild their Apply integration.
On this date:
- Job Posting to SEEK from within World Manager will no longer be available.
- FranConnect will remove the SEEK Job Posting option automatically.
However, you can still post jobs to SEEK:
- Post ads directly through the SEEK Employer Site
- Include links or instructions that point candidates to your FranConnect Careers Site, ensuring applications continue flowing into your recruitment module
Your recruitment workflow remains supported
This means your hiring teams can still centrally manage and process applicants in FranConnect even after SEEK posting is no longer available within the platform.
🎯 Why These Changes Are Occurring
SEEK is retiring the current versions of their Apply and Job Posting integrations and introducing new API requirements. After reviewing usage and resourcing priorities, FranConnect has chosen not to rebuild the Apply integration and will retire both components in alignment with SEEK's end-of-support dates.
This allows us to focus development efforts on high-value enhancements that benefit the wider World Manager platform.
