Introducing Training Certificates, A new feature on the World Manager platform to enhance the learning experience and provide recognition for training achievements. This update allows administrators to create customized completion certificates for learners who complete individual courses, Performance Gauge programs or any tools for Performance Monitor.
Additionally, administrators can attach personalized rewards to these certificates, adding an extra layer of motivation for learners.
Who Can Create Certificates?
Administrators (World Managers)
Administrators will have the ability to:
✅ Create, modify, and configure custom certificates to align with branding guidelines.
✅ Associate these certificates with different training components within the platform, including:
- Performance Gauges
- Courses
- E-Learning
- Scenario Training (Written tests)
- Performance Reviews/Appraisals
- Internal Surveys
- Sign-Offs
- Event Session Attendances
Who Can Receive Certificates?
Managers and Employees (AM, GM, SM, and Employees)
Managers and employees will:
✅ Receive custom certificates upon completing their assigned training modules or the full Performance Gauge program.
Training Certificates ensure that training efforts are recognized, rewarded, and aligned with company standards, making learning more engaging and valuable.
How do you configure a certificate?
Note: Certificates can only be configured by a World Manager user for different countries (divisions).
Navigate to the World Manager platform and go to Settings > System Configuration. Go to PDF Templates to configure the logo that you want to appear in the Certificate for your division.
Create a new PDF template if you haven't configured one earlier, to do this simply click on 'New PDF Template'.
Select the Country for which you want to create the PDF, choose a logo to display in the certificate, then click on 'Save'.
Now go back to System Configuration and click on 'Rewards and Achievements'.
You'll see a new section by the name of 'Achievement Certificates'. To add a new certificate, click on the 'New Custom Certificate' button.
The Certificate Creation Page allows administrators to design and configure custom certificates seamlessly. Below are the key features available to support the admin in creating certificates:
1️⃣ Certificate Name & Linking to Performance Monitor tools
- Enter the name of the certificate.
- Link the certificate to various performance functionalities, including:
- Performance Gauge
- Courses
- E-Learning
- Written Tests
- Appraisals
- Internal Surveys
- Sign-offs
- Events
2️⃣ Custom Design & Branding
- Select a PDF template (choose the one created for a specific country).
- Upload a thumbnail image for the certificate, which will be visible to recipients.
3️⃣ Rewards & Additional Content
- Optionally associate a reward or other content that users will receive along with the certificate upon completion.
4️⃣ Personalization & Training Details
- Customize the certificate by including:
- Date & Time of Completion.
- Tool Details, specifying the type completed.
5️⃣ Certificate Expiry & Validity
- Set an expiry date for the certificate (e.g., expires X days after achievement).
6️⃣ Preview & Activation
- Click ‘Preview’ to review the certificate and associated rewards before finalizing.
- Once satisfied, click ‘Save’ to activate the certificate.
After clicking on 'Save', your certificate will be created.
Now, your employees can complete the associated task(s) to get the certificate.
How do learners receive a certificate?
Note: This example shows users finishing a training module
Once the module is completed and you exit, a preview will appear showing you the certificate that has been received.
Once you complete the training, you will receive a certificate of completion. If an attachment was included with the certificate, it will be displayed within the certificate preview. The learner will also receive a notification as in the below example:
Here’s what happens next:
- Clicking on this notification will take you directly to the Achievement Awards > Achievement Certificates section, where all earned certificates are stored.
- From this section, you can view any certificate and download it for future reference.
Track Certificate Achievements for Your Area or Location
As a Manager, you can monitor how your locations and employees are performing in training and earning certificates.
To do this:
- Navigate to Training > Achievement Awards.
- Click on Custom Certificate Recipients.
- Use filters to narrow down by area or location that you have access to.
- Select a specific certificate to view its details.
- You’ll see how many employees within your hierarchy you have received that certificate so far.
