The Links card in The Hub allows you to organize and display both related URLs and Single Sign-On (SSO) connections for easy access by users across your franchise network. Accessing the Links Card
To access the Links card in The Hub, first log into your FranConnect environment. Next, click Hub on the left-hand sidebar.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Hub "Overview" page and you will see the following box:
There are two sources for links that can be displayed here - SSO Links and Related Links. Let's take a look at each link source.
Configuring Related Links
To configure Related Links to appear on the "Links" card, click the gear icon at the top of the FranConnect client.
On the next page, click The Hub on the left-hand sidebar.
Then click Related Links.
You will be taken to the following page:
From this page, you can add new links to the "Links" card by clicking the Add New Link button. Additionally, you can use the gear icon adjacent to the corresponding link to modify or delete it.
Configuring SSO Links
To configure SSO Links to appear on the "Links" card, click the gear icon at the top of the FranConnect client.
On the next page, click Configuration on the left-hand sidebar.
Scroll down to the "Single Sign On" category and click Configure Single Sign On.
On the following page, click the Links tab above the table.
You will be taken to the following page:
To add a new SSO link, click the Add New Link button at the top-right portion of the table. Additionally, you can use the gear icon adjacent to the corresponding link to modify or delete it.
