Configuring Your Bookmarks in the Hub Home

To configure your Bookmarks in the Hub Home, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click The Hub on the left-hand sidebar and then select Library from the drop-down menu.

From the Hub Library, you can add up to ten documents or folders to the Bookmarks card. First, let's take a look at adding documents to Bookmarks.

Documents

To add a document to the Bookmarks box, click the checkbox corresponding to the document(s) you wish to add. Then click the menu button above the documents and select Add to Bookmarks from the ensuing drop-down menu.

If you haven't exceeded the limit of ten Bookmarks, all of the documents you have checked will be added to your Bookmarks.

Folders

To add a folder to the Bookmarks box, click the name of the folder you wish to add on the left-hand sidebar. On the folder page, click the menu at the top of the screen and click Add to Bookmarks.

If you haven't exceeded the limit of ten Bookmarks, the folders will be added to your Bookmarks.
