Overview of the Lease Management Dashboard

The Lease Management Dashboard in FranConnect Analytics provides customers with a comprehensive overview of their lease portfolio through multiple analytics cards. This dashboard enables users to track key lease metrics, monitor upcoming expirations, and analyze financial obligations in a centralized view. Lease Management Dashboard

To access the Lease Management dashboard, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click Analytics on the left-hand sidebar.

Click Foundation on the left-hand sidebar and then click View on the Lease Management card.

You will be taken to the following page:

Let's walk through each of these cards. To begin, the top row shows you basic information about your leases such as which leases are expired or have pending liability.

Next, there is the "Units by Current Term Status" card.

This is a pie chart of all of the statuses your leases can have. You can hover over any portion of the pie chart to see the data highlighted above.

Next to this card, you will see the "Units by Next Term Status" card.

This is a pie chart that shows you the next term status for all of your leases. You can hover over any portion of the pie chart to see the data highlighted above.

Scrolling down, we see the "Upcoming Lease Expiration by FBC" card.

This will show you all of your forthcoming lease expirations mapped to the franchise business consultant who manages them.

Finally, we see the "Lease Unit Details" table.

You can choose which details to display on this table using the filter above it.
