Enabling Users access to eLearning Dashboards Analytics

 

Note: Before getting started with the article, Please make sure that the Analytics module is enabled on your platform. Some subscription charges may apply, please reach out to your customer support manager. 

 

Giving Corporate Users access to Dashboards

Log in to the system and click on the 'Admin settings' icon. 

Now, click on 'Corporate Users' under the Users section.

Search for the user you want to provide the analytics access to using the 'Search filter', and then click on the 'Action' icon for the particular user.

Click on 'Modify'.

Click on the FranConnect User Role field and add the Analytics Only role alongside the user's existing role.

Note: In this example, we selected the Analytics Only role. You should choose the role in your system that grants analytics access based on your assigned permissions.

Now, click on 'Save'

After this, the user will have access to the Analytics Module, and will be able to see the E-learning dashboard under the Engage title there. 

 

Giving Location Users access to Dashboards

Log in to the system and click on the 'Admin settings' icon. 

Now, click on 'Location Users' under the Users section.

Search for the user you want to provide the analytics access to using the 'Search filter', and then click on the 'Action' icon for the particular user.

Click on 'Modify'.

Click on the FranConnect User Role field and add the Analytics Access role alongside the user's existing role.

Note: In this example, we selected the Analytics Access role. You should choose the role in your system that grants analytics access based on your assigned permissions.

Now, click on 'Save'

After this, the user will have access to the Analytics Module, and they will be able to see the E-learning dashboard under the Engage title there.
