Temporary Closures Dashboard

To access the Temporary Closures dashboard, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click Analytics on the left-hand sidebar.

Click Foundation on the left side of the page and then click View on the Temporary Closures card.

You will be taken to the following page:

Let's walk through the data presented on this dashboard. At the top, there are two cards - "Total Closure Locations" and "Average Days to Reopen."

These cards will show you how many closed locations you have as well as the average days required to get them open again. Below those cards is the "Closures By State" card.

You can hover your cursor over any of the numbers on this map to get the details highlighted in the above screenshot.

Next to the "Closures By State" card is the "Number of Locations By Reopening Status" card.

This card shows you a pie chart of all of your reopening locations by status. You can hover your cursor over any portion of the chart to get the details highlighted in the screenshot above.

The next card is the "Closures By Reason" card.

This bar graph shows you the reasons locations were closed and the number of locations closed for each reason. You can hover over any bar to get the details highlighted in the screenshot above.

The final row of cards are three line graphs - Closures By Month, Expected Reopenings By Month, and Actual Reopenings By Month.
