Accessing the Franchise Sales Optimization Dashboard
To access the Sales Optimization Dashboard, first log into your FranConnect environment. On the left-hand sidebar, click Analytics.

- Leads Added: Based on the Lead Inquiry Date. Compares leads added in the current year-to-date vs. leads added in the previous year-to-date.
- Pre-Qualified Leads: Counts all leads whose status was changed to "Pre-Qualified" in the current and previous years-to-date and compares them.
- Qualified Leads: Counts all leads whose status was changed to "Qualified" in the current and previous years-to-date and compares them.
- Closed Leads: Counts all leads whose status was changed to "Closed" in the current and previous years-to-date and compares them.
- Killed Leads: Counts all leads whose status was changed to "Killed" in the current and previous years-to-date and compares them.
- Average Days to Close: Calculated by using the date a lead entered the FranConnect system to the date a lead's status was changed to "Closed." Compares this data between the current year-to-date and the previous year-to-date.
Trends
This widget provides a monthly breakdown of key lead pipeline metrics, helping you analyze lead flow, engagement, and closure rates over time. It looks at new leads added, all status changes made, and leads that were closed in any given month.
Lead Distribution
The "Leads by Lead Status" bar graph shows the leads each owner has per lead status. Each lead status is displayed as a unique color denoted on the right-hand side of the graph.
Lead Info Charts
This collection of cards shows you different metrics related to the efficiency with which leads move through your pipeline. Let's take a closer look at each card:

- Leads Needed to Close a Lead: Displays the average number of leads that have to be put into a given status to produce one closed lead.

- Leads By Status: Charts every lead in your system by their current lead status
- Leads By Lead Source: Charts every lead in your system by the source from which they came
- Leads By Lead Source Details: Charts every lead in your system by the specific details of the source from which they came

This chart shows a monthly breakdown of the total number of leads killed per reason the lead was killed.

Additionally, it shows the average number of days it takes to close a lead, which is calculated by subtracting the lead added date from the date when a franchise was awarded to the lead, and then taking average of these days for all closed leads in the system.
