The Analytics Catalog is your one-stop shop for every dashboard and report across your franchise operations. Recent usability updates make it easier to find, organize, and view the dashboards you rely on most. This article covers five enhancements: marking Favorites, discovering newly released dashboards, using Full Screen mode, changing the display order of dashboards, and navigating between dashboards without leaving the one you are viewing.

Mark a Dashboard as a Favorite
Marking a dashboard as a Favorite keeps the ones you use most within easy reach. Favorite status is specific to your login and persists across sessions and devices.
Steps:
- From the left navigation, click Analytics to open the catalog.
- On the All tab, locate the dashboard you want to save and Click the star (Add to Favorite) icon
- The star fills in to confirm the dashboard is now a Favorite.
4. Click the Favorites tab at the top of the catalog to see all dashboards you have marked.
5. To remove a dashboard, click the filled star again. Hovering over it shows Remove from favorites.
Note: When you return to the Analytics Catalog, it automatically reopens on the tab you last used.
View Newly Released Dashboards
The New tab surfaces recently released dashboards so you can quickly discover additions to the catalog.
Steps:
1. Open Analytics,Click the New tab at the top of the catalog.
2. Review the newly released dashboards listed. When there are none, the tab displays No New Dashboards with a message that new dashboards added to the Analytics Catalog will appear here.
View a Dashboard in Full Screen Mode
Full Screen mode maximizes the viewing area for presentations and focused analysis by hiding the top header and side navigation.
Steps:
1. Open any dashboard from the catalog.
2. In the top-right corner, click the Full Screen (diagonal arrows) icon, located next to the Close button.
3. The header and side navigation are hidden and the dashboard expands to use the full screen width.
4. To exit, click the same icon (now showing inward arrows) to return to the standard view..
Change the Display Order of Dashboards
You can rearrange the order in which dashboards appear within each category to match how you work.
Steps:
1. Open Analytics,Click the Change Sequence button in the top-right of the catalog.
2. Select a category from the Dashboard Categories list, Drag a dashboard card using its move handle to the position you want within that category.
3. Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: Ordering is set per category, so arrange dashboards within each category separately.
Navigate Between Dashboards
While viewing a dashboard, you can jump directly to another one without returning to the catalog, making it easy to switch context during analysis.
Steps:
1. Open any dashboard from the catalog, Click the dropdown arrow next to the dashboard title in the top-left.
2. Use the Search by dashboard name box, or browse the list grouped by category.
3. Click the dashboard you want to open. It loads in place of the current one.
