The Actual vs Target dashboard in Analytics covers more ground: new lead KPIs, a cumulative (12-month trend) view, Brand and Region level budgets, drill-down into records, and an export option.

Note

All the charts on this dashboard are interactive — hover over a bar, point, or segment to see its exact details.

Note

Budgets can now also be entered and tracked at Brand and Region level, not just Global. Clicking a summary Actual, Budget, or Variance number also drills down into the underlying records, with color-coded variance highlighting.

Pre-Qualified Leads and Qualified Leads

Under Lead KPI's, the dashboard now shows two new charts, Pre-Qualified Leads and Qualified Leads, each comparing Actual against Target.

Operating Weeks by Opening Month

Under Unit KPI's, scroll down to see the new Operating Weeks by Opening Month chart. It compares operating weeks from opened and planned units each month against the target.
