Any documents and files that have been issued to a user from the Contract Generation (CG) tool, will automatically have them attached to their profile, in a separate tab called 'Documents'.
Important: This is only applicable to users that have had a contract issued to them via the CG tool (new & existing). The 'Documents' tab will populate after they have accepted + signed the contract.
Accessing Documents
The 'Documents' tab is accessible for the users themselves, as well as Administrators and their direct Manager(s). See instructions below:
User
1. Click on your profile avatar image (top right)
2. Click on the My Profile button
3. Click on the Edit Profile button
Note: If you do not have the Social tool enabled, Step 3 will not apply to you.
4.Click on the 'Documents' tab
From here, you can preview and/or download of the files on that page, using the available buttons.
Administrators & Managers
Method #1 - Accounts Tool
1. Go to System → Accounts
Note: If you have a World Manager or multi-country National Manager level account, you will need to select a country first.
2. Search for the account using the available filters
3. Click on the 'pencil' (edit) icon next to the account you wish to edit
Note: This will direct you to the 'Update Account' page.
5. Click on the 'Documents' tab
From here, you can preview and/or download of the files on that page, using the available buttons.
Method #2 - Search Tool
1. Click on the 'search' icon (top right)
2. Type the name of the user you wish to find, then click on the Search button (or simply press ENTER)
3. Once the search results load, locate the user and click on the Edit button
Note: This will direct you to the 'Update Account' page.
4.Click on the 'Documents' tab
From here, you can preview and/or download of the files on that page, using the available buttons.
Tip: If you are unable to see and/or access the 'Documents' tab, this would mean your account does not have the relevant permissions to do so. Please refer to the Account Custom Permissions article for more information.
