We would like to extend a huge thanks to all of our Brands who participated in surveys and user feedback sessions. With your feedback, we strive to build products that continue to serve you and empower your business.

In the v10 release, we are introducing the user profile page and activity feed widget. These features will be familiar to anyone who has used a social media platform and pave the way for engaging social interaction, competitions, leaderboards, achievements and more.

Note: Our social features are controllable at each account level, giving you the flexibility to roll these features out to all users or a particular user group of your choosing. All social settings are on by default, and can be controlled through Fusebox permissionsAccount Custom Permissions and Location Custom Permissions. To learn more, see Social Permissions.

The user profile page allows you to:

  • Post messages to your page
  • Post messages on other user pages
  • Like posts
  • View a user's About Me section
  • Automatically display your achievements
  • Customise a profile picture and cover image

The Activity Feed widget can be added to your home dashboard and shows:

  • Self-posts made by all users in your country
  • Self-posts made by World Managers

The articles contained in this section will help you get familiar with the new social features on the platform as well as other changes to existing functionality.

What do I do next?
