This page outlines all platform and app releases of note. Generally speaking, all releases are done on a Tuesday or Wednesday of any given week. This includes bug fixes and new features. The below lists historical release information as well as any upcoming releases.
Platform v9.3.2 (December 18, 2019)
The following outlines new features and bug fixes for this release:
- Released back end functionality for GO1 integration - Not available for all brands until mid-February 2020.
- Fixed slow Appraisal tool targeting load times
- Fixed issue where hired applicant accounts could not be created
- Fixed issue where recruitment reports were not generating
- Fixed issue where replacing SCORM packages returned an error message
Platform v9.3.1 (December 4, 2019)
The following outlines bug fixes for this release:
- Fixed issue where applicant source report displayed invalid sources in Recruitment
- Fixed issue where copying some folders didn't copy all files
Platform v9.3 (November 27, 2019)
The following outlines new features for this release to APAC platforms:
- Released Manuals and Files Targeting Upgrades
- Fixed issue where managers were seeing all Exit Interviews, instead of only those applicable to them
- Fixed issue where image previews were causing duplicate reporting logs
- Fixed issue where Area Manager accounts could not see folders/files targeted to them
- Fixed slowness issue when viewing Manuals and Files within specific countries
- Fixed issue where signed off External Surveys were showing as 'Not Attempted' when printed to PDF
- Fixed slowness issue when loading calendar widget entries
- Fixed issue where moving stores between areas caused files to disappear for Area Manager accounts
- Fixed issue with 'Candidate Only' type forms in Contract Generation were preventing form progress
- Changes made to fields in the 'Schooling' section of the Training Academy application form

Platform v9.2.4 (October 2, 2019)
The following outlines new features as well as bug fixes for this release:
- Introduced Email Notifications for Contract Generation
- Introduced the ability to Create Tables in Contract Generation Sections
- Added support for special characters in Custom Forms in Contract Generation
- Fixed issue where external calendar appointment reminders did not include content
- Fixed issue where some MP4 files could not be loaded in videos widgets
- Fixed issue where custom tags used in contracts did not populate the field in email templates
- Fixed issue where some right-click mouse options were not available in the text editor
- Fixed formatting issue caused by disabling Mandatory Notice settings
- Fixed issue where the new package drop-down list in Contract Generation was ordered non-alphabetically
- Fixed issue where the new editor was not visible in Internet Explorer for some tools
Platform v9.2.3 (September 11, 2019)

- Introduced Printing Enhancements and Editor Upgrades
- Fixed issue where multi-country National Manager account could not access user documents
- Fixed issue where contracts could not be signed with the latest version of Microsoft Edge browser
- Fixed issue where (external) Recruitment careers IFrame login link did not work
- Fixed incorrect Recruitment login verification email tag
- Fixed issue where Image Widget without a URL still functioned as a link
- Fixed issue where copying survey Sections & Sub-Sections caused position error
- Fixed missing phrase issue when copying survey questions

iOS Release v2.3.5 (September 4, 2019)
This release contains renewed app certificates as the current version expires at the end of September 2019. All users with an iOS app already installed will be asked to reinstall the app upon opening but should only take a few seconds to re-install.

Platform v9.2.2 (August 14, 2019)
The following outlines new features as well as bug fixes for this release:
- Introduced Custom Forms and New Target Selectors in Contract Generation
- Introduced Auto-Activation Date for Notices
- Introduced Inactive Status to Account Report.

- Fixed scrolling issue when viewing ACTIV on some mobile devices where a bar would appear
- Fixed issue where some E-learning videos continued to play sound after clicking 'Next'
- Fixed issue when delete/disable an ACTIV was checking the wrong attachment data
- Fixed issue where copying an Appraisal section didn't link the question
- Fixed issue where some valid SCORM files were returning invalid error messages
- Removed auto-play from E-Learning and ACTIV videos
- Fixed issue where Incident Report status was appearing incorrect after the action plan was created
- Fixed issue with predictive search where it was showing files that are not accessible to the user
Platform v9.2.1 (June 26, 2019)

- Set videos to not pre-load in all ACTIVs and E-Learning Modules
- Fixed issue with Video Widgets on the dashboard not recording view statistics
- Fixed issue where non-targeted Events were accessible for multi-country National Managers
- Fixed issue in Recruitment where the iFrame resize script was setting the wrong height
- Fixed issue where the timestamp on Recruitment application was always displayed in AEST.

Platform v9.2 (May 8, 2019)

- Fixed issue with the Android video player for some E-learning videos
- Fixed issue with the Android video player for some ACTIVs
- Fixed issue when copying some Location Review or Incident Report sections where it changed the order of some sections
Platform v9.1.7 (April 18, 2019)
The following outlines bug fixes for this release:
- Fixed issue where Video Widgets weren't using the first frame as the poster
- Fixed issue with Education Suite where updating National Email Template caused the Suite to be disabled
- Fixed issue where opening an image widget link in the Android app wasn't opening in the device browser
- Fixed targeting issue with appointments for Multi-National Managers
- Fixed issue where line breaks were being removed on the Contact Us page
- Fixed issue where some large dimension videos displayed a scroll bar in Manuals and Files
- Fixed issue where Manual and Files upload date was not using the user's timezone for some files
Platform v9.1.6 (April 4, 2019)
The following outlines bug fixes for this release:
- Fixed issue where the wrong PDF template was applying to some saved reports
- Fixed issue where "All Search Words" for Manuals and Files was not working correctly
- Fixed issue where deleted job ad's where not visible in the Job Posting Log
- Fixed issue where an error was shown when generating the Employee Activity Report with deleted content question types
- Fixed issue where an error was shown on the KPI page for some Appraisals
Platform v9.1.5 (March 6, 2019)
In this update, the E-Learning page has had a face-lift, and file uploading has been added to Contract Generation. For more information on these features, please click HERE.
The following outlines bug fixes and enhancements for this release:
- Fixed issue with the calculation of the overdue date for mandatory E-Learning modules
- Fixed issue where you couldn't assign content to a qualification when there was only one UOC
- Fixed issue where multiple countries couldn't use the same Seek design template
- API calls with pagination are now explicitly sorted
Android Release v2.1.27 (February 13, 2019)

- Disabled App notification settings if device notifications are turned off
- Fixed issue where menu icon would not be visible for users with no access to the dashboard
- Fixed issue where loading icon would not disappear after loading completes
Platform v9.1.4 (January 31, 2019)
The following outlines bug fixes and enhancements for this release:
- Preview Widget released, as well as changes to the Image Widget. Full list of changes in this release can be found HERE.
- Fixed issue where folders in Manuals and Files could not be moved to the main directory if a folder with the same name existed in another country
- Fixed issue where recipient appraisal notifications were shown in the submitter's default language (if different)
- Adjusted preview icon in Manuals and Files to only appear for previewable file types
- Fixed issue where video previews don't appear in video widgets (on mobile)
- Fixed issue where forum stats graph bars were breaking into multiple lines
Platform v9.1.3 (January 10, 2019)
The following outlines bug fixes and enhancements for this release:
- Fixed issue where some employment length dates were calculating incorrectly for some time zones, affecting appraisal due dates.
- Fixed issue with SOAP API where an incorrect result set was produced by the findAccountsByLocation method
- Fixed issue where Contact Us was not using the correct email template if custom email template was set
- Fixed issue where Overdue Mandatory Training email was showing the wrong number of days
- Fixed issue where targeting Locations and Area Managers in some reports returned no results
- Fixed issue where Action Plan link was not working in 'My Task' Widget
- Added PDF preview to the Package Builder in Contract Generation
