Reports are critical for timely evaluation and engagement of franchise building. While FranConnect’s predesigned and popular CRM reports are readily available, the ease and flexibility to create reports or to clone existing custom reports is a great feature to save time.
In this guide, we will cover how to clone and modify an existing custom report in CRM.
Begin in Marketing and select CRM.
Click on the Reports Tab, followed by Custom Reports.
Locate the report you would like to clone and click on the Gear-Wheel on the right and select Copy and Customize.Make the desired changes in the four tabs click Next then Save.
