Why do some documents on the documents tab have the three dots and the option to delete and other's do not?
Great question! When creating fields on tabs there are two document options:
Add New Field - This creates a new document field that ONLY lives on the applicable tab.
Add Document - This creates a field that allows you to upload documents to the applicable tab AND it also creates a soft sync over to the documents tab.
Should you wish to remove a document from the documents tab, the Action menu when will only show up for documents that have been directly added to the documents tab. Any document that was uploaded from another tab and synced over, will need to be removed on the tab they were originally uploaded to.
