To change the franchise ID of a franchise location, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to navigate to your Admin page.
On the left-hand side of the page, click Franchise Location.
Click Manage Franchise Locations.
On the following page, click the gear icon corresponding to the franchise location you whose franchise ID you wish to edit. Select Modify from the drop-down menu.
