The Communications / I.T. Stats tool provides a percentage summary of 'Completion Rates' for Current Mandatory Notices and Events, as well as 'Detailed Stats' for Account Changes, Logins, Screen Resolution, Browser Information, Average Time in System, IP Address, Most Active Users (Duration), System Usage Times, Downloads, Inactive Password and Track Deletions.
This article provides instructions on 'Detailed Stats' for Account Changes. See below:
1. Choose 'Detailed Stats → Account Changes', then choose the 'Target Account' and 'Target Field' you wish to report on (in this example, we'll choose "All Accounts" and "All Fields")
Note: The 'Target Location', 'Target Group' and 'View' selectors at the top of the page are not available for this type of report. They will be grayed out/disabled.
Tip: A date range can still be selected to narrow down results.
2. Click the Generate button
3. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:
Save - Allows you to save this specific report (click here for more information)
Print - Opens a PDF version of the data (in .PDF format)
CSV - Opens a CSV version of the data (in .CSV format)
Excel - Opens an Excel version of the data (in .XLS format)
Below you can see an example of this report which details the following:
- Account name the change was applied to
- What type of change was made to that account (including 'From' and 'To')
- Account name the change was made by
- Date and time the change was made
