Human Resources Stats - Exit Interviews

The Human Resources Stats tool provides a percentage summary of 'Completion Rates' for Appraisals, Internal Surveys and KPI, as well as 'Detailed Stats' for Appraisals, Appraisal Comments, Internal Surveys, Exit Interviews, KPI Results, KPI Scores, Employee Retention and Contact Details.

This article provides instructions on 'Detailed Stats' for Exit Interviews. See below:

1. Choose desired Target Location, Target Group and View

Tip: A date range can also be selected to narrow down results.

2. Choose 'Detailed Stats → Exit Interviews', then choose the exit interview(s) and section(s) you wish to report on (in this example, we'll choose "All Exit Interviews" and "All Sections")

3. Click the Generate button

4. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:

Save - Allows you to save this specific report (click here for more information)

Print - Opens a PDF version of the data (in .PDF format)

CSV - Opens a CSV version of the data (in .CSV format)

Excel - Opens an Excel version of the data (in .XLS format)

Below you can see an example of this report which details the following:

• Exit interview name
• Ex user's name
• Ex user's position
• Location the user belonged to
• Area the user belonged to
• Total percentage of the exit interview score (if applicable)
• Exit interview questions and answers (by section), as well as the scores (if applicable)
