The Human Resources Stats tool provides a percentage summary of 'Completion Rates' for Appraisals, Internal Surveys and KPI, as well as 'Detailed Stats' for Appraisals, Appraisal Comments, Internal Surveys, Exit Interviews, KPI Results, KPI Scores, Employee Retention and Contact Details.
This section of the article provides instructions on 'Completion Rates' for Appraisals. See below:
1. Choose desired Target Location, Target Group and View
Tip: A date range can also be selected to narrow down results.
2. Choose 'Completion Rates → Appraisals', then choose the appraisal(s) you wish to report on (in this example, we'll choose "All Appraisals")
Note: When choosing "All Appraisals" the report will only include appraisals that are at a completed status. Meaning all actions have been completed by the Appraisees and/or Appraisers.
Tip: You can choose multiple 'Completion Rates' selectors at the same time.
3. Click the Generate button
4. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:
Save - Allows you to save this specific report (click here for more information)
Print - Opens a PDF version of the data (in .PDF format)
CSV - Opens a CSV version of the data (in .CSV format)
Excel - Opens an Excel version of the data (in .XLS format)
Below you can see an example of this report which details the following:
- User's name
- Group the user belongs to
- Location the user belongs to
- Total number of appraisals
- Average percentage of appraisals completed (by user)

2. Choose 'Detailed Stats → Appraisals', then choose the appraisal(s) and section(s) you wish to report on (in this example, we'll choose "All Appraisals" and "All Sections")
3. Click the Generate button
4. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:
