Dashboard
The Dashboard page gives you a high level glimpse of your franchise operations across your entire network.
This dashboard gives you six different reports:
Franchise System Summary Report
This report gives you a brief overview of the franchised and corporate locations opened and closed during the previous 30 days, six months, and 12 months. It also provides you with the total number of active locations in your network by type.
Franchisees in Last 5 Yrs. and Total Franchisees
This chart shows the franchisees added by year as well as the total franchisees in the system.
Task View
The task view shows you tasks that are in progress in the current week.
Recent 5 Visits
The "Recent 5 Visits" box will show you the five most recent visits to franchised locations and the compliance score they received.
Renewals Due
This box will show you the five units in your network with the most overdue renewals or the renewals that are coming soonest.
Email History
Here you will see the most recent email correspondence that has occurred in your franchise network.
Unit Summary
Unit Summary is the main section to view all of the units in your franchise network. To learn how to leverage Unit Summary for your needs, please check out our How to Use the Unit Summary Section in Opener and Info Manager guide.
People
This page will show you all of the individual people associated with your franchises. You can also view and edit various details about the people in your franchise network in this section.
In Development
From this page, you can manage all of your locations that are currently in the "In Development" lifecycle stage. You can manage tasks, profiles, and many other items related to the unit opening process.
Franchisees
From this page, you can manage all of your open franchises. From here you can monitor operations, view franchise details, send legal forms, and much more.
Terminated
From this page, you can manage and view all of your terminated franchise locations.
Corporate Locations
From this page, you can manage and view all of your corporate locations.
Regional
From this page, you can view or manage your regions and territories. You can also create new regions and territories as the need arises.
Workflows
From this page, you are able to create and modify workflows for open units. You can also rank the priority of each workflow.
Entity
From this page, you can view or edit all of the entities in your franchise network as well as view ownership hierarchies for each entity.
Multi-Unit
From this page, you can view all of the units an entity owns in one row.
FDD
From this page, you are able to send FDDs to your franchisees. You can also view the status and important dates for each FDD.
Groups
From this page, you can configure groups of franchisees to associate with your campaigns.
Tasks
From this page, you can view and modify all of the tasks that have been assigned to each of your franchises.
Calendar
From this page, you can access your calendar. This calendar can also be synced with your Outlook and Google calendars.
Search
From this page, you can search for any franchisee(s) in your system using the defined parameters in the search.
Mail Merge
From this page, you can configure and create mail merges for your email campaigns.
Campaign Center
You can use the Campaign Center to create campaigns as well as to assign them to various units in your franchise network.
Data Update Requests
If the franchisor has configured a web form to require approval for changes, the update requests will be sent to this page for their approval.
Import
From the Import tab, you can import all of the people in your franchise network into FranConnect in either CSV or TSV file formats.
Export
From this page, you can export data from Info Manager to an Excel spreadsheet.
Reports
This page functions as a single source of all of the relevant reports for your franchise network including custom reports you create.
