If you have the Information Manager Module in FranConnenct then you have the ability to track customer feedback directly in your FranConnect system. This will show in your system as Customer Complaints.
First go to the Admin > Info Manager > Manage Web Form Generator to see all the Web Forms created in your system.
In here you should see the web from named Feedback Information
Selecting this web form, you can then get the Web URL that can be used on your website.
Or you can go to the 4th section of this section to the confirmation page, to get an inline frame version of the page.
Now when customer add their comments for any location, the data would go directly into your Information Manager section of your system.
