Adding a Remark on the Franchisee Record

It is necessary for you to keep notes for each of your Franchisees. You want to be able to review and log all of those notes in an organized fashion. Adding Remarks to the Franchisee Record is a great way of accomplishing this.

Click on Info Manager then Franchisees 


From the Contact History section click the Add Remarks link.


Type the Remark you would like recorded and click the Submit button.

Click the Close button on the Confirmation screen.

Notice that all remarks are recorded in the Contact History section with a date/time stamp and have a link that allows you to further review any remark you have made.
