Projects Home: A Complete Overview

1 min read

Projects Home is the landing page for the Opener product line. It replaces the dense task table with a role-aware board of widgets, so you can see what's running, what's assigned to you, and what just finished then jump straight into the Task page with filters already applied.

Note

Projects Home only reads your existing checklists and tasks. It doesn't change how work is created or completed.

Viewing Your Projects at a Glance

The Projects widget shows your active checklists as a grid of cards; completed locations are left out automatically.

Steps:

  1. Go to Projects > Home.
  2. In the Projects widget, find a checklist card. Each shows its icon, name, Completion %, and locations in process.

  3. Use the scope filter to narrow cards to All, In progress, Completed everywhere, or Starred only.

Next, check what's assigned to you with My Tasks.

Keeping Up with My Tasks

The My Tasks widget lists only your assigned checklist tasks, grouped the same way as your weekly digest email.

Steps:

  1. Review tasks by bucket: Overdue, Due, Starting, Active, Upcoming (Mandatory tasks listed first).

  2. Click a task to open the Task-detail drawer.

  3. Use the drawer's Details, Feeds, and Documents tabs as needed.
  4. Update Status directly from the drawer, or click view all to Open in Task page for the full record.
Note

Franchisees see only their own tasks; corporate and divisional users see tasks across their role's locations.

Finally, confirm what's already been completed.

Checking Recently Completed Checklists

The Recently Completed widget is a read-only log of checklist completions.

Steps:

  1. Set the period filter: Yesterday, Last 7 Days (default), 30 Days, or 90 Days.

  2. Review completion events for that period; click on view all to see all completed checklist
