Hub: New Desktop Navigation Experience

We're introducing a new navigation experience for Hub that makes it easier to access the tools and content your teams use every day.

Organizations currently using the existing Hub top navigation experience can continue working exactly as they do today. For customers looking for an alternative navigation layout, a new left-hand navigation experience is now available on request.

This enhancement provides quicker access to Hub modules and improves discoverability across the platform, helping users navigate between Hub tools more efficiently on desktop.

A More Streamlined Hub Experience

The new left-hand navigation provides direct access to Hub modules from a dedicated navigation panel, helping users move between areas more efficiently without relying on the Apps Launcher.

New Left Navigation Experience

The navigation can be expanded or collapsed as needed, allowing users to focus on their content while keeping Hub modules within easy reach.

Set Your Preferred Hub Landing Page

Users can now choose which Hub module opens by default when they access Hub.

Simply navigate to Options > Configure Module Startup, select your preferred Hub module, and save your changes.

The selected module will become your default Hub landing page the next time you access Hub, helping you get straight to the content and tools you use most frequently.

Designed for Desktop Users

This enhancement is available for the desktop Hub experience and is designed to make better use of available screen space while improving navigation across Hub modules.

Mobile navigation remains unchanged.

Availability

This navigation enhancement is available on request.

To enable the new Hub left-navigation experience, please contact helpdesk@franconnect.com and let us know your preferred navigation layout.

Once enabled, the selected navigation experience will be available to all users accessing Hub through the desktop experience.

Note: Organizations that wish to retain their existing navigation experience can continue to do so, while optionally making the new left navigation available to their users.
