Improved Field Order for Creating and Editing Regional Users

To make managing Regional (Area) Users more intuitive, we’ve updated the layout of the Regional User creation and editing screens. This improvement helps streamline the workflow for Admins, Corporate Users, and Divisional Users who regularly manage Area-level access and assignments within the World Manager integrated environment.

This enhancement is available to all FC–World Manager integrated customers.


Updated Workflow

When managing Regional Users via Admin > Regional Users:

  • Go to Create Regional User or Edit Regional User.

  • The form now has the Area/Region field above the Training & Development Access checkbox.

  • Select one or more Areas to display the corresponding WM Divisions directly below.

  • After selecting Areas, configure Training & Development Access.

  • Complete the remaining fields as usual and save.

Everything functions exactly as before, only the order of fields has changed to better match how users naturally complete the form.


Who This Update Impacts

This improvement affects users who manage Area or Regional Users within their organization and have the appropriate permissions:

  • Admins

  • Corporate Users

  • Divisional Users

These personas will now experience a cleaner workflow, better visual hierarchy, and fewer occasions where field interactions feel out of sequence.
