Using this guide, you can associate an existing location user with multiple locations as a manager.
Click Information Manager on the left-hand sidebar and select People from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to your user and select Manage Associations from the drop-down menu adjacent to the user in question.
Click the Associate Unit(s) drop-down menu and select all of the locations you wish to associate with the user. Click Save when you are finished adding your locations.
Now that you have saved the user, follow the steps below to assign the user appropriate access to the Training & Development (World Manager) module.
Go to Admin > Location (Franchise) Users, locate the user, and click Modify.
You can select all the divisions to which you want to give access to the user.
After selecting the Division(s), you can choose the Account Groups available for each selected Division.
Save the user.
After saving, the user will have access to multiple locations across multiple Divisions, along with the assigned Account Groups in Training & Development (World Manager).
