Sending Exit Interview in World Manager Integrated system

The Exit Interviews feature is now available for customers using World Manager Integration. 

Since exit interviews are triggered when deactivating a user, the process begins in the FranConnect User Management section. Before proceeding, ensure that exit interviews are properly configured for the relevant roles in the system. To send a configured exit interview, follow these steps:

Navigate to the FranConnect home page. Click on the 'Admin' icon.

The exit interview can be sent to either a 'Regional User' or a 'Location User.' Select the appropriate user type.

For this example, we'll proceed with selecting 'Location User.'

On the Manage Location Users page, find the user you want to deactivate and send an exit interview.

Click on the Settings icon next to their name and select Deactivate.

Confirm the action by clicking OK in the pop-up, and the user will be deactivated.

After deactivating the account, click on the 'Deactivated users' tab on the Manage user page. 

Find the user you just deactivated, click on the Settings icon next to their record, and select Send Exit Interview.

After clicking the Send Exit Interview button, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to proceed.

After clicking OK, the exit interview will be sent to the user. Once the user completes the exit interview, the results will be updated in the World Manager platform according to the Exit Interview functionality.
