To add a lead in FranConnect, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click Sales on the left-hand sidebar and then select Lead Management from the drop-down menu.

On the ensuing page, click the Add Lead button.

You will be taken to the following page:

On this page, fill in all the required information plus any extra information you wish to add for your lead. When you have confirmed that all of the entered information is correct, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
