Note: Your FranConnect administrator has the ability to enable manual payment, automatic payment, or a combination of both. Should you notice any discrepancies or if certain payment options seem unavailable, please reach out to your administrator to verify the payment methods accessible to you.

Making a Manual Payment
In order to make a manual payment, sign into a FranConnect account that is authorized to make the payment. Once you have accessed your FranConnect environment, click Royalty Manager on the left-hand sidebar.
From the Royalty Manager page, click ROYALTIES at the top of the page.
On the following page, check the invoice you wish to pay and click the MAKE PAYMENT button.
On the following page, click the MAKE PAYMENT button. You can also click the drop-down to pay only a portion of the invoice as you can see in the screenshot below.
You will see the following payment portal pop up.
Once you have finished navigating the payment portal, your payment will be complete.
Setting Up Autopay
To set up autopay, log into your FranConnect account. Navigate to the Royalty Manager page as we did above. Click PAYMENTS at the top of the page. Then, click ADD PAYMENT METHOD on the following page.
Click ADD on the following popup:
You will be taken to the following page:
On the following page, add your credit card information.
Once you have added your payment method, you will see it reflected on the PAYMENTS page.
Next, we will map this card to a franchise or multiple franchises. To do so, click the ... on the box and select Map Franchises on the ensuing drop-down menu. The following drawer will pop up on the right side of the page:
Search for your franchise(s) by franchise ID. Once you have selected all the franchises you wish to add to this payment method, click SAVE. You will see that the franchise is now mapped. Make sure the box on the card is ticked to designate the card for auto-payment.
Now, let's take a look at how to check the status of a transaction.
Checking a Transaction Status
Once you have set up your payment method for autopay, you can also check the status of a payment. To do so, from the PAYMENTS tab, click the PAYMENT GATEWAY TRANSACTIONS tab. Then, click the Transaction ID of the payment you wish to check.
You will see the following drawer open on the right-hand side of the page:
You can check the status by clicking on the HISTORY tab.
