Password Settings
- Passwords are automatically deactivated this many days after a user's last login – Set the number of days that an account can sit for without being logged into, before the password becomes 'expired', and consequently will not be able to log into the platform.
Important: When a password becomes 'expired', it must be reset by the user's manager (or a platform admin) in order to regain access. The 'forgotten password' functionality will not work for 'expired' passwords.
Note: This value must be between 30 and 365 days.
- Minimum Password Length – Sets the minimum number of characters that are required when creating an account password.
Note: This value must be between 5 and 50 characters.

Configure the sending of Password Inactive Notification emails, which contain a list of all subordinates whose passwords have become 'expired', and consequently will not be able to log into the platform.
- Manager Notification Frequency – Set the frequency of which the Password Inactive Notification emails are sent to applicable/targeted account.
Tip: Choosing the "Never" option will disable this functionality. Alternatively, choosing the "Weekly" or "Monthly" options will show additional options (to further specify the frequency).
- Target Roles for Overdue Notifications – Choose the applicable Roles you wish the Password Inactive Notification emails to be sent to (based on the frequency set in the previous step).
