Account Reports

The Account Reports report type provides a detailed report of a range of fields related to accounts, based on Default fields, Training Academy fields and Custom fields. This report type is available at both world & national level.

This article provides an overview of the Account Reports report type. See below:

1. Go to System → Stats and Reports

2. Click on the Account Reports button

3. Choose the desired information selector(s)

Tip: In the above screenshot, you can see highlighted the latest fields that have been added to this report on May 24, 2021

Note: The Custom fields selectors are dependent on what has been set up in the system and is in use.

The Training Academy fields selectors will only appear at national-level (within a country).

4. Click the Generate button

5. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:

Save - Allows you to save this specific report (click here for more information)

Print - Opens a PDF version of the data (in .PDF format)

CSV - Opens a CSV version of the data (in .CSV format)

Excel - Opens an Excel version of the data (in .XLS format)

Below you can see an example of this report which details the following (based on the chosen information selectors):

  • Status
    • Active
    • Inactive
  • Default fields
    • Name
    • Country Name
    • Position Name
    • Email
    • Username
