Training Stats - Current Mandatory Notices

The Training Stats reports provide a summary of 'Completion Rates' for E-Learning and Current Mandatory Notices.

This article provides instructions on 'Completion Rates' for Current Mandatory Notices. See below:

1. Choose desired Target Group(s)

2. Choose 'Completion Rates → Current Mandatory Notices', then select the "Notice" you wish to report on (in this example, we'll choose "All")

Note: When you have country selected you will instead see two boxes that will let you choose between viewing 'All Notices' or 'Specific Notices'.

3. Click the  Generate  button

4. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:

 Print  - Opens a PDF version of the data (in .PDF format)

 CSV  - Opens a CSV version of the data (in .CSV format)

 Excel  - Opens an Excel version of the data (in .XLS format)

 Graph  - Displays a visual graph of the data (example below)

Below you can see an example of this report which details the following:

• Country name
• Total number of notices (by country)
• Average percentage of notices completed (by country)
