Communication / I.T. Stats - Track Deletions (World)

The Communication / I.T. Stats tool provides a report on 'Detailed Stats' for Account Changes, Logins, Average Time in System and Track Deletions.

This article provides instructions on 'Detailed Stats' for Track Deletions. See below:

1. Choose desired Target Group(s)

Note: From World Level, 'View' is only available By Country. However, there are multiple views available from National Level, such as; Area, Location and Individual.

2. Choose 'Detailed Stats → Track Deletions', then select the type you wish to report on (in this example we'll choose "All")

3. Click the Generate button

4. Once the report has been generated (on the page), you will see multiple reporting types/buttons to view this data in, as shown below:

Save - Allows you to save this specific report (click here for more information)

Print - Opens a PDF version of the data (in .PDF format)

CSV - Opens a CSV version of the data (in .CSV format)

Excel - Opens an Excel version of the data (in .XLS format)

Graph - Displays a visual graph of the data (example below)

Note: The Graph option is not available when the 'View' type chosen is By Individual.

Tip: To change the colour of the Graph, simply click the Graph button multiple times.

Below you can see an example of this report which details the following:

• Item name
• Type of item
• Date and time the item was deleted
• Account name of user who deleted the item
• Country name the item belonged to (if applicable)
