You can check up on and respond to existing tickets that you have access to by first going to the Service Desk tool, and then clicking on the name of the ticket you wish to add to.
From this view, you are able to see all the messages that have been communicated in the ticket, among other things (see Pages of the Service Desk – Ticket View for more information). To begin adding a response, click the button, and the Add Message section will be revealed.
This section is made up of two main components – a rich text editor where a new message can be typed, and optional input fields to upload file attachments. Once the message has been written, press thebutton to add it to the ticket.
