Configuring Lead Sources
To begin configuring lead sources, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to access your Admin controls.
Click Sales on the left-hand sidebar and then scroll down to the "Define Lead Sources" section. Click Source.
If you wish to use a lead source outside of the default categories, click Add Lead Source Category at the top of the page and enter the relevant information when prompted.
Note: If you already have a category created for the leads you wish to import, you can skip this step.
Once you have determined the correct category, click Lead Source Details next to the lead source category to which you wish to import the new leads.
If you wish to use lead source details outside of the default categories, click Add Lead Source Details at the top of the page and enter the relevant information when prompted.
