A successful organization is always looking to develop business all over the country and internationally. One way to develop is by communicating with leads since it is crucial for success in a fast-growing competitive world.
Every now and then, it is helpful to communicate to leads with similar attributes such as same state, Lead status, inquiry date and so putting them in groups is helpful. But there may be an occasion that the leads no longer belong to the group and so the leads need to be removed.
In this guide, we will cover how to remove leads from a group.
Start by making the changes under Sales > Groups, click on the Number of Leads of the desired Group.
Checkmark the Lead and click on the three dots and select Remove from Group.
