Every now and then, it is important to keep touch with leads in different stages of the Sales engagement and sending email communications to leads through FranConnect system make it convenient and reliable to track and create reports.
Note: Only emails open from Microsoft Outlook or from Gmail Domain in any electronic device can be tracked and reported. Emails sent to other domains, opened in smartphone or electronic devices cannot be tracked as Read.
In this guide, we will cover how to manually send emails to Outlook and Gmail and how to track these emails and create reports for status check.
You can start from the Sales side:
Send an email through Send Email from the Lead’s Primary Info to open from Outlook.
OR
Send an email through Send Email from the Lead’s Primary Info to a Gmail address.
Open the email from Outlook.

From the Sales > Reports > Email Status Report, the emails open from Gmail and Outlook are recorded in the results.
