The FranConnect email tool allows you to send emails to your entire lead database or a defined list of leads (via the "Groups" feature), such as a list of leads who filled out a specific form on your company site. The FranConnect Sales module offers various ways to send out automated email campaigns. There are times when you try to send a quick one-time e-blast and this article would walk you through on how that can be done.
If you try to send a mass email to the entire database of your leads, please follow below steps:
In the Sales module, click on the “Lead Management” tab.
Please make sure the filter setting is not pre-configured, and you have access to all the lead in the system.
Once you ensure the filter setting is set to “All”, click on the Prospect’s Name drop-down, and then click on “Select all” option.
Hover over the “Actions” button and from the dropdown, please click on “Send Email” If you encountered the below caution pop up window, the system filters out those leads who are not supposed to be receiving email communications for the listed reasons. You can click “Ok” and proceed to the next page.
Finally, you can create your own custom template or select from an existing one that was created in the past. Once the proper configuration is applied to the body of your email, you can click on “Send” and complete the process.
