This document summarizes the features and out-of-scope items for Candidate Coach.
Features
Lead Qualification: Candidate Coach asks qualifying questions to understand lead needs and automatically updates the lead status based on responses.
Outlook Scheduling: The system connects to Outlook calendars to recommend time slots, handle time zone differences, and book or reschedule meetings.
External Calendar Support: For Google Calendar, Calendly, or Zoom users, Candidate Coach shares "Book a meeting with me" links.
Document-Based Q&A: Candidate Coach uses business documents (PDFs) to train on and answer common lead questions.
No-Show Follow-Up: If a lead misses a scheduled call, Candidate Coach follows up to reschedule.
Weekly Outreach: Unresponsive leads receive weekly check-ins for up to 30 days. If no response is received, the lead is marked as closed/inactive8. Messages can include links.
Multi-Brand Configuration: The system supports multi-brand environments with brand-specific training and personas.
Customization: Voice, tone, and messaging are customizable.
Greeting: "Hi [Name], I’m Frannie Assistant...".
No-Show: "Sorry we missed you...".
Weekly Follow-up: "Just checking in...".
Out of Scope
Non-Outlook Direct Connections: Direct calendar connection is limited to Outlook; other platforms require external booking links.
Pre-Call Reminders: Automatic reminders prior to scheduled calls are not available.
