We’ve expanded the FranConnect login experience to better support RTO Admins and RTO Trainers who exist only in World Manager and are not part of the FranConnect system.
Previously, these users could access the platform only through the World Manager login page, which created a different and sometimes confusing experience compared to other users. With this update, eligible RTO users can now use the FranConnect login page to access their World Manager environment directly.
What’s Changed for RTO Users
Login via FranConnect Portal
RTO Admins and RTO Trainers can now:
Log in using the FranConnect login page.
Be automatically redirected to their appropriate World Manager pages after successful login.
Access World Manager without needing a separate or special login URL.
This applies even though these users exist only in World Manager and are not FranConnect users.
Password Reset Support
RTO users now have a simpler way to recover access if they forget their password.
How Password Reset Works
Go to the FranConnect login page.
Click Forgot Password.
Enter your Login ID.
A reset email will be sent from World Manager, containing a temporary password.
Use the temporary password to log in via the FranConnect login page and access the system.
This removes the need to switch portals or contact support just to regain access.
Inactive User Behavior
To maintain security and access control:
If an RTO Admin or RTO Trainer account is marked inactive, the user will not be able to log in
The login attempt will be blocked until the account is reactivated by an administrator
This behavior is consistent with existing World Manager access rules.

What’s Not Changing
User roles, permissions, and responsibilities remain the same
World Manager functionality and workflows are unchanged
Standalone World Manager customers are not impacted
Mobile app behavior remains unchanged
