We’re simplifying how users access World Manager by introducing a single, consistent login experience for customers integrated with FranConnect.
Previously, integrated World Manager tenants had two valid login entry points: the FranConnect login page and the World Manager login page. While both worked, this often created confusion for users, especially those managing access across multiple systems.
With this update Effective January 15th (January Release), integrated customers now benefit from a single, unified login flow, making access clearer, smoother, and easier to understand.
What’s Changed for Integrated World Manager Customers
FranConnect Becomes the Single Login Entry Point
For customers integrated with FranConnect:
The FranConnect login page is now the primary login experience
If a user navigates to the World Manager login URL, they are automatically redirected to the FranConnect login page
After signing in, users gain access to both FranConnect and World Manager without needing to log in again
This ensures a seamless experience across both platforms using a single set of credentials.

How the Login Experience Works
Accessing the Platform
If users go directly to the FranConnect login page, the experience remains unchanged.
If users attempt to access World Manager using the World Manager login URL, they are automatically redirected to FranConnect.
If a user already has an active session and opens the World Manager URL, they will be taken directly to the appropriate World Manager page.
First-Time and Returning Users
Users can now log in through FranConnect even if they have never previously logged into World Manager directly.
Once authenticated, access to both platforms is granted in a single session.
Forgot Password
Users can also reset their password through the Franconnect's login portal in case they forget their password. They will receive a mail containing password resetting instructions.

Logout Experience
When users log out of World Manager in an integrated environment:
They are redirected to the FranConnect logout page
This creates a consistent and predictable sign-out experience across platforms
Who This Impacts
This change applies to core World Manager user types within FranConnect-integrated tenants, including:
Admins
Field-Level Employees (FLEs)
Standard operational users
Anyone who accesses World Manager through a browser as part of an integrated FranConnect setup will experience this improvement.
What’s Not Changing
To ensure clarity:

Standalone World Manager customers are not affected
Their login page, branding, and process remain exactly the same

Mobile app behavior is unchanged
This update applies only to browser-based access
