The first thing you will notice when you enter the settings page in the Recruitment tool, is that it provides you with steps on what you should configure. They are as follows:
- Step 1 - Configure your Careers Site colour scheme and custom settings. See Career Site Settings for more information.
- Step 2 - Configure External Links so you can track where your applicants come from. See External Advertising Links for more information.
- Step 3 - Configure Permissions to determine who can post position and process applicants. See Permissions for more information.
- Step 4 - Connect your company website to your World Manager career site (more on this below).
More on Step 4
Step 4 provides information and instructions on how you can use the careers site - you have two (2) different options:
1. You can add a link on your own custom site which will direct visitors to your World Manager careers site. An example of this URL will be: https://yourplatform.worldmanager.com/careers
Note: Please replace 'yourplatform' with your own platform's actual name (as it appears in your browser).
2. You can embed the job board on your own custom website directly, using the IFrame code provided (see image below). You will just need to replace the "YOUR_WEB_PAGE_URL" text in the code with your own website's URL.
Note: You can automatically pre-fill this URL by entering it into the 'Custom Career Site Link' field in Career Site Settings. See Career Site Settings for more information.
Tip: If you are unsure of how to use this IFrame embed code, then please use the email field located at the bottom of the page (see image below) to send a copy of the instructions directly to your technical contact (e.g. your web developer).
